Vantage is Canada's biggest direct marketing company, relying on in-person recruiting to hire sales reps. Our task was simple, to turn their social media presence into not only an acquisition channel for new recruits but also as a method of retainment to keep new hires engaged and within their ecosystem for years to come.

The solution was not only in a rebrand and quality content that reps were proud to share, but also in leveraging the personal brands of partners and managers within their company.

After building the necessary systems and protocols for the corporate brand we implemented a similar solution into the personal brands, with an added feature of content strategies for each person, identifying and capitalizing on their unique value.
